My role was about turning ideas into action, solving problems quickly, and building the operational backbone of a new venture.

Founders Associate
I project managed the national launch of Transport for Britain, a new lobbying organisation in the transport sector. I led the full-stack brand rollout, including website development, PR, and a national advertising campaign. Alongside this, I managed key stakeholder relationships, commissioned a major feasibility study to inform policy direction, and developed the organisation’s core research and messaging. The result was a credible, visible national platform built from scratch.

Openings Manager
I led the launch of a new énergie Fitness location, overseeing everything from build-out and systems implementation to recruitment and operations. I managed vendors and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery, while also developing a marketing strategy that drove strong early member acquisition. From compliance and sales to team management and KPIs, I put the foundations in place for a smooth, successful opening and sustainable day-to-day operations.
